Community Clinic - Family Physicians
The Saskatoon Community Clinic is anticipating the need to recruit
additional family physicians for positions which may become available in the
near future, and we would like to invite "expressions of
interest".
The Saskatoon Community Clinic is an innovative consumer sponsored primary
health care centre. Our multi-disciplinary team setting enables
practitioners the time, support, and access to services they need to provide
quality family and patient centred care.
On site disciplines include counsellors, diagnostic services including lab
and X Ray, nurses, nutritionist, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and
pharmacists. We place a strong emphasis on health promotion, disease
prevention, and support for persons with special needs. Our salaried
remuneration is competitive with fee-for-service earnings. Excellent work
hours, benefits, vacation and study leave provisions are offered. We take
care of the business side of practice so our professionals can devote
themselves to care giving.
Applicants must be able to obtain a licence to practise in Saskatchewan and
obtain family medicine privileges in the Saskatoon Health Region. Preference
will be given to applicants with certification in family medicine. We are
