Welcome to the Saskatoon Community
Clinic!
We are a primary health care co-operative located in Saskatoon,
Saskatchewan, Canada. We offer health services at two locations -
our Downtown Clinic, located at 455 2nd Ave. N. and our Westside Clinic,
located at 1528 20th St. W.
Our ultimate goal is to build a healthy population by offering
support that focuses on diagnosis and treatment, disease prevention and
patient education.
Our multi-disciplinary group of salaried health care professionals
work together as a team to provide a wide range of services and
programs. We are Saskatoon's only primary health care co-operative!
