What is the Community Clinic
Foundation?
Founded
in January 1968, the Saskatoon Community Clinic Foundation Inc. (formerly
known as the Saskatoon
Community Health Foundation Inc.) is a
registered charity which provides funds for research, programs, and other
activities which promote and advance the health of all members of the
community, in particular programs supported by the Saskatoon Community
Clinic.
Donations are used to fund items such
as:
- Equipment
- Volunteer
program with the elderly
- Westside
Clinic programs
- Health
information materials and programs
- Facilities
renovations and improvements
- Promotion
of community clinics
- Staff
training
- Health
care research
- Other
needs as they arise
What
types of donations can I make?
All
gifts, large or small are welcome.
- You
can make a general donation.
- You
can make a donation in memory of a deceased friend or relative.
- You
can make donations on a monthly basis through pre-authorized
contributions.
- You
may also include the Foundation in your will or through other Planned Giving
methods. Please contact us directly to receive an information
package on this.
You
will receive an official receipt and thank you letter by mail. Your
donation will also be recognized in the Community Clinic newsletter, Focus,
unless you specify otherwise at the time of your donation.
How
you can donate:
In
person
Visit the Main Reception Desk where you may donate
by cheque, cash, debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Cheques
should be made payable to Saskatoon Community Clinic Foundation.
By telephone
Please call reception at 306-653-0300 and ask to
make a donation by credit card.
By mail
Complete
the attached donation form and mail it to us. We accept cheques or
credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
